Light Layer Dessert

Growing up, this dessert was a Sunday dinner classic. I’m not the best baker, so this no-bake yummy dessert will sure impress. So delicious and very easy to make, I promise you everyone will love it! Basically a dessert lasagna!



Ingredients:

  • 1 large tub of cool whip (1L)

  • 1 large package of vanilla instant pudding (approx 200g)

  • 1 pack of Graham wafers*

  • 1 pack of unsalted crackers*

  • 1 can of cherry pie filling (our favourite is blueberry pie filling, but made it festive with the red cherries)

Pre make the instant pudding according to package. Then, in a baking pan, put a layer of graham crackers, followed by a layer of pudding, a layer of unsalted crackers, and then a layer of half the whipped topping. Repeat the same layers 1x and follow the final whipped cream with the cherry pie filling.


Refrigerate overnight (a must for perfection). Remove from fridge 10 minutes before serving.
